Terms of Service

By using obolo (obolo.tokyo) you agree to these terms. Previewing and recoloring designs is free; saving wallpapers requires a paid plan.

Plans and payment

obolo offers a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, and a one-time “Lifetime” purchase. All plans unlock saving of every design. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases; changes never affect a Lifetime purchase already made. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the billing portal and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Account

Purchases are linked to the email address you sign in with (email link or Google). Keep access to that email — it is how your purchase is restored on other devices. You are responsible for activity under your account.

License

Wallpapers you save are licensed for personal use on your own devices. Please do not resell, redistribute, or repackage the files or the artwork as your own product. The underlying traditional motifs are public domain; the renderings are our own original artwork and remain our property.

No status-bar modification

We do not modify your operating system or its status bar. The designs are images that you composite with your own photo and set as your wallpaper.

No warranty

The site and files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
